Poached free- range eggs, sprinkled with crisp prosciutto, topped with shaved parmesan cheese and drizzled with brown butter sauce
 
The Beach House Country Breakfast
Traditional cooked breakfast of lean rind-less short rib bacon, mini pure pork sausages, free range eggs  - cooked to your liking, mushrooms and tomatoes all served on a muffin.
